Cafo Terms and Conditions — Please read carefully before becoming a member

Cafo (cafo.pro) is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between all members who use the Cafo platform ("you" or "user") and Cafo ("we" or "us").

3.1 Deposits

All deposits at Cafo must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change.

3.2 Withdrawals

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method used.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Depositing from or on behalf of another person's account is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction, once detected, will be subject to investigation under our anti-money laundering policy.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• A wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their very first deposit.
• Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time; other bonuses do not apply while one is in use.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system is a serious violation of the Terms & Conditions. Examples of bonus abuse include collecting bonuses via multiple accounts, meeting wagering requirements through low-risk betting, or colluding with other players.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Cafo. These rules apply to all bet types — Sports Betting, casino games, and fish games.

5.1 Betting Limits

• Minimum bet amount: BDT 100 (may vary by game)
• Maximum bet amount: varies by account level and specific event
• Odds may change before a bet is accepted in live betting

5.2 Bet Cancellation

Cafo reserves the right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed before the scheduled time
• Where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or result manipulation
• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found

5.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. A bet is not confirmed until it has been successfully accepted. If your internet connection drops or a bet fails to go through for any other reason, it may be automatically cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cafo platform. Anyone found in violation of these rules will be subject to immediate action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false or fraudulent information
• Attempting to Abuse the Bonus System
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or malicious software
• Using third-party payment methods
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity

Cafo may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If requested verification documents are not submitted
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months)
• If you voluntarily request to close your account

You may also request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
